Salad:
4 cups broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
8 slices bacon, crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Mix salad ingredients and dressing in separate bowls and combine just before serving. You can lighten it up by substituting turkey bacon, reduced-fat cheese, light Miracle Whip, and Splenda.
