Black Bean and Onion Dip

1 tbsp olive oil
2 med chopped onions
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Heat oil over medium heat and saute onions until golden.
Put all ingredients in to a food processor or blender, process until smooth.
Eat.
